Project Initialisation
We understand client needs, objectives, target audience, and the scope of the project and collaborate with the client to gather detailed requirements for the deliverables, whether it’s a website, animation, video production, marketing, or branding. We set clear goals, timelines, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for success.
Team Formation & Role Assignment
After project deal is closed we create specialised teams based on the project requirements:
- Web Development Team: Handles website design and development.
- Animation Team: Works on 2D and 3D animations.
- Video Production Team: Focuses on video creation and post-production.
- Marketing & Branding Team: Works on digital marketing campaigns, branding, and social media strategies
We assign a Project Manager to each project to facilitate the workflow and remove blockers.
Sprint Planning
- Break the project into sprints (typically 1-2 weeks).
- Prioritise tasks in the backlog based on the client’s needs, with user stories or features clearly defined.
- Assign tasks to relevant team members with estimated timeframes.
Sprint Execution (Design, Develop, and Create)
- Daily Standup: Short meetings (10-15 mins) to check on progress, address issues, and ensure alignment.
- Website Projects: Start with UI/UX designs, followed by front-end and back-end development.
- Animations: Begin with scriptwriting, storyboarding, followed by asset creation, rigging, and rendering.
- Video Production: Scriptwriting, storyboarding, filming, and post-production (editing, sound, effects).
- Digital Marketing & Branding: Begin by creating marketing strategies, social media campaigns, SEO/SEM, and ad management.
Review and Feedback (End of Sprint)
- Client Review: At the end of each sprint, present completed features or deliverables to the client for feedback.
- Internal Review: Team members review the work and provide peer feedback, ensuring quality before sending to the client.
- Incorporate Feedback: Based on client feedback, revise deliverables within the sprint or plan for the next.
Iteration and Refinement
- Based on feedback, adjust or refine previous work in the next sprint. Prioritise changes or additions without compromising the project timeline.
- Continuous improvements are made with every sprint until the project reaches completion.
Final Review & Approval
- Once all features or deliverables are completed, conduct a final review internally and with the client.
- Ensure all objectives and KPIs are met.
- Client Sign-Off: Obtain client approval to move forward with launch or delivery.
Delivery or Launch
- Websites: Conduct a final quality assurance check and deploy the website.
- Animations & Video Production: Finalise the editing, rendering, and export files in appropriate formats for delivery.
- Digital Marketing: Launch campaigns, set up ads, monitor KPIs, and optimise for performance.
- Branding: Deliver branding assets, guidelines, and marketing collateral.
Post-Launch Optimisation & Support
- After delivery, monitor the performance of websites, marketing campaigns, or videos.
- Collect client feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance, whether through website updates, additional marketing efforts, or optimisation of delivered content.
