Information in a consultation request

The form asks for your name, business email, company, service of interest and project brief. You may also provide a phone number, target date, filming location, approximate video duration and reference link.

Please include only information needed to discuss your project. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or confidential employee records through this form.

Purpose of the form

We use enquiry details to understand your requirements, contact you, prepare a proposal and keep a record of the project discussion. Submitting an enquiry is not a newsletter subscription.

Services used by this website

Our website is hosted with Hostinger. Project enquiries are collected through Zoho Forms, and an email notification alerts us to a new submission. These providers process information involved in hosting the website and handling the form.

Portfolio videos are embedded from YouTube. Loading or playing embedded content may share technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, with the video provider. You may instead open the video directly on YouTube.

Questions and requests

Email us if you want to correct information you submitted, ask how it is being used or request its removal. Include enough detail for us to locate your enquiry. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

Project materials

This notice covers website enquiries. File delivery, raw footage, project archives and any agreed confidentiality requirements are addressed separately in the project contract.
